Refund and Returns Policy

At WinLite, we strive for your complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple return and refund process:

1. Return Eligibility
   Products must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when they were received.

2. Non-Returnable Items
   Certain items such as personalized products or final sale items cannot be returned. Please check the product description for return eligibility.

3. Refund Process
   Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

4. Return Shipping
   Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product was defective or incorrectly delivered.
